PRAY. REIKI. GROW.

Happy March, Beautiful Soul,

I pray this month finds you navigating your journey with Bold & Radical Intentionality.

In a season where I could focus on what is not going the way I once desired… I am choosing—intentionally—to embrace the beauty of Life.

Gratitude… for all of the things happening.

Because I know. 

I believe. 

I am embodying. 

And I trust…

All Is Well & Working for My Highest Good.

Yes, there are things I am navigating in this season. 

Things that could whole ass knock me off my game… 

My path… 

My purpose… 

God’s plan.

Yet…

Instead of focusing on what is not going my way— I am leaning deeper into my Personal Relationship with God (The Most High).

Prayer… before I rise. 

Prayer… throughout my day. 

A perpetual state of BEing.

Morning Reiki… Connecting from a balanced, grounded space.

I am intentionally aligning with my 7-Core Chakras...

• Rooted in security… moment by moment. 

• Trusting I am safe… in my life, on my journey. 

• Releasing the illusion of control.

Because leaning on my own understanding… is a trick that disconnects me from Divine alignment.

And when I am misaligned…

My Sacral becomes blocked… creativity restricted. 

My Solar Plexus dims… confidence wavering. 

My Heart holds love… but struggles to receive it fully. 

My Throat tightens… truth left unspoken. 

My Third Eye clouds… intuition questioned.

And in those moments…

This is not who I am—this is energy that must be moved.

So I pause. 

I breathe. 

I realign.

To ensure I remain focused on what is moving me forward, I spend intentional time in my Daily Reflections & Journaling PromptZ (pg. 49) from my book, “The AUDACITY TO BE…”

Setting the intention… not to stay in a feeling— but to propel myself toward my highest version.

Focusing on my own natural yield… The things that only I can bring— because of how He created me TO BE.

Trusting. 

Knowing. 

Believing.

And as I both begin and close my days with intention…

I am also meditating, reflecting, and journaling on “Today’s Reflections” (pg. 51) from “The AUDACITY TO BE…”

Closing my nights with:

• Journaling 

• Prayer

• A Reiki Cleanse & Clear

Whether self-guided… or guided through practices on my YouTube channel, or within the Wellness space with facilitators such as: Faith Hunter, Reiki Rachael, Lisa Whatley, and Spiritual Butterfly…

I honor the importance of clearing, releasing, and restoring before I rest.

My Mum has always expressed the importance of… not looking like what you experience.

Because Life… can feel like darkness at times.

But it is not about what unfolds as you traverse this journey— it is about how you respond.

And I choose to respond by…

Having The AUDACITY TO BE THE First To Put Me 1st… In All Ways & Always.

As I continue traversing this season, a Bold move I’ve decided upon is this...

To take every negative thought… every moment that attempts to pull me out of alignment… and transmute it into intentional action.

And what I am experiencing… I am choosing to use it to propel me and make space for me to not just Heal, Evolve, and ReleaZe… But to aid in my personal and professional growth and development.

So, Beautiful Soul…I made a decision...

To go back to school to obtain my Master's of Arts in Spirituality, Culture, and Health.

A decision that is not only aligned with my purpose… but expands how I serve.

As I type this… I am 97% complete with my application process.

Just one step remains, my essay.

And the Cleansing… Audacious… and Bold aspect of this?

I am so proud of myself.

This step is HUGE for me...

And in Divine timing… you’ll read more about this journey in one of my next books.
