This past weekend, I leaned heavily into SelfCare Practices & Modalities. I attended the Be Well Luxury Wellness Retreat at the Hook of Hamate.
The Experience is one that will forever change my Life's Journey. On so many levels...
With continuous cultivation & intentional work of, and on My Crown (Head), Third-Eye (Ajna/Mind) & Heart Chakras (Identity-G). During the Retreat, I was able to learn and practice new modalities to remove/manage blockages. I will definitely be making adjustments to My Written Plan, and Hold MySelf Accountable.
As a result of the Flow-Ensuing... I am taking the last few days of the 3rd Quarter to make the necessary adjustments to My Wellness Plan, My 2022+ ViZion & My Written Plan...
