🌿 Happy June, Beautiful Soul,

June has been a powerful reminder that the journey itself is the sacred work.

As I traverse this season — as a mother nurturing and evolving my relationship with my children, as a wife engaged in the conscious work of my marriage, as an entrepreneur navigating multiple streams — I am called again and again to slow down, breathe, and trust the process.

Each role invites me to show up fully — not rushing through discomfort, but honoring the moment-by-moment lessons along the way.

✨ Wellness & Well-BEing as My Foundation

This path would not be possible without the daily practices that keep me centered and grounded:

• Following The Four Agreements and The 5 Reiki Principles

• Journaling to reflect and ReleaZe

• Monthly massages with S.REN.EDI to nurture my body

• Breath work, daily yoga, and meditation

• The 3-PAUSE CHECK-IN to realign during the day

• Daily prayer and intention setting

  
  

All of these are part of my commitment to Reframing and Refocusing with Audacious Intention — no matter what that may look like to others.

As a Reiki Master, maintaining chakra balance moment by moment is not just a practice — it is pivotal to how I show up authentically, with clarity, grace, and balance.

✨ The Sacred Work of Marriage & Family

Through our Imago Work, my husband and I are co-creating space for appreciation, deep listening, and true connection.

We’re having the hard conversations.We’re sharing the intimate truths.We’re naming the behaviors we hope to shift.We’re surprising one another with small, intentional acts of love.

This sacred work ripples outward — to our children, to our family, to every space we touch.

I often reflect on what I shared in my book “The Audacity To Be…” — that personal healing, evolving, and ReleaZing makes space for all that is meant to be.

It gives us the ability to choose ourselves, to choose one another, and to trust that our individual and collective work is healing and evolving our family unit.
