Happy 27th, Beautiful Soul!
Today, I’m putting pen to paper and sharing a little scoop on how I’m Audaciously traversing through life—placing myself first in all ways… and always.
What I’ve come to learn in this beautiful 50th chapter is this:
Life is truly what you make it.
I let my mantra guide my daily rhythm. I lean into the Four Agreements, the 5 Reiki Principles, and I stay intentional about carving out sacred space for my spiritual connection with God. That devotion? It keeps me centered, grounded, and in flow with the best version of me.
I allow myself to feel the feelings—to sit with them without judgment.I honor the differences in others, releasing the need to question or over-analyze the why of someone’s BEing.
Because the truth is, the more I release that need for understanding, the more I redirect my energy to what actually feeds my soul:
JOY.
This is the journey.
This is the work.
And this is what it means to have the Audacity To BE…

Wellness & Well-BEing Practice: Prioritize YOU
As a Reiki Master, Wellness & Well-BEing Architect, I encourage you to honor your energy and nurture your spirit with intentional care.
Here are simple, powerful ways to put YOU first:
1. Start with Stillness
Give yourself 5–10 minutes of silence or gentle meditation. Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly, and repeat:
“Just for today, I honor myself.”
2. Clear & Cleanse Your Energy
Light incense, diffuse essential oils, or take a warm Epsom salt bath. As you relax, visualize your aura glowing with pure, radiant light. Let go. Refill.
3. Eat the Rainbow
Choose a colorful, nourishing meal today. Each color supports a different chakra.With every bite, invite balance, vitality, and light.
4. Speak Kindly to Yourself
Words shape your energy. Try these affirmations:
“I am worthy of rest.”
“I am aligned with my purpose.”
“I allow myself to just BE.”
5. Touch the Earth
Walk barefoot. Water your plants. Sit beneath the sun. Let the Earth hold you. Let her recharge you.
6. Journal Your Joys
List 3 things that brought you peace or clarity today.This practice invites gratitude and gently anchors you in the now.

You don’t need permission to prioritize your peace.Your wellness is not selfish—it’s sacred.
Take care of YOU today… because you are both the masterpiece and the healer.
